Come join us at
OrangeCat Fest for
three days of riding!
We’re super excited to invite you to join us at OrangeCat Fest this year, from 7-9 August at Autobahn Country Club. This year, we will be doing something different and prioritizing on the riding and be hosting a special type of track day. One that brings us all together in a fun and collegial environment.
At most track days, we paddock alone or with a small group of friends, at OrangeCat Fest- we all paddock together. We will be creating one large paddock, with each rider having their own slot connected to a large hang out area where we can all stoke in our riding and fun together.
A few details:
Riding: Three full days of riding at Autobahn Country Club (August 7, 8, and 9) and standard track day operations and safety procedures will be followed. We will be riding North Course.
OrangeCat Team: The team from OrangeCat Racing will be on track and riding with us. Sean Dylan Kelly, Josh Herrin, Jayson Uribe, and Kaleb De Keyrel. We will have other current and former MotoAmerica riders joining us.
Food: Breakfast, lunch, and track side drinks and snacks will be provided each day, and dinner will be you are on your own - bring something, grab something, or both.
Track Day Protocol: The team from Sport Bike Tracktime will be running the event. Your bike will be tech inspected before you go out on track. All riders must attend the mandatory rider meetings, and we will run a multi session format based on skill.
Dainese: Dainese will be on site offering gear, rentals, and items for purchase if you need gear (note that this gear is limited and first come first served)
Accommodation: Camping in the paddock is welcomed Friday and Saturday nights (note you must vacate the property by Sunday night)
Special Events: On Saturday night, we will be hosting a Q&A with the team to talk about the season and the championship.
Parking: We will have ample space for trailers, totes and haulers in the adjacent paddock for you to park after unloading.
Finally, the setup: We're most excited about our new riding set up this year - unlike a typical track day where people are in separate groups or spread out across paddocks, we are hosting this year’s event under one communal tent - so we can all ride, hang and eat together. This means that when you come along, you’ll need to set up in our main paddock - we will supply power for your tire warmers and helmet dryer and tables for your gear. Bring your comfy track day lounger and any other chairs to hang out on when we aren’t on track.
Riding spots are limited, and we think we've got the right people on the list, but we might have missed someone - let us know if we have and we'll get them an invite.
Please RSVP by Tuesday, July 21 using the link below. Once you're registered, we'll send more details mid next week. If you have any questions reach out to akoor@orangecatracing.com.
